Simple not easy 

1 Ingest appropriate substances 

  (food and liquids) 

2 Learn to manage how we respond to what's happening 

( gratitude and appreciation not anger and bitterness)

3 Movement (walk lift and stretch)

 4 sleep 7 to 8 hours each night

5 interesting activities

 (learning, service, good conversation)

6 community 

(Interacting with friends and family)
